The Weather

Weather in Chandler, Arizona (July to September/°F )

Arizona is a desert state and summers can be very hot. It is typical for junior golfers in Arizona to walk and endure tournament play during summer under extreme temperature in month of June and July. It is all about proper preparation. Sun protection such as hats and high SPF sunblock are essential for desert weather golf. Golf Push cart that holds large golf umbrella provides much needed shade and is a popular option among desert junior golfers. It is not only crucial to be hydrated during the tournament, but also important to be well hydrated in advance. Furthermore, it is advised to eat clean and healthy and get plenty of rest before the rounds. Plenty of water during the rounds and supplement with Gatorade to replenish electrolytes. The good news is that cool down trend always starts in August and high temperature always helps with carry distances, so watch your ball soar, enjoy your rounds, and drain those putts!
